Job Summary:
We're hiring a Construction Laborer to support our crews on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You'll work on-site with experienced professionals who provide clear guidance and mentorship. Under the supervision of a foreman, you'll perform essential physical tasks that help keep our projects on track and ensure high-quality results for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction duties including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup
- Follow direction from foremen and superintendents to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently
- Work closely with carpenters and skilled trades to support framing, and finish work & misc. construction tasks
- Load and unload materials and tools as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a positive work environment
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
