Construction Laborer

A well-established construction company is looking for construction laborers to join the team and assist with mobilizing and demobilizing job sites, as well as setting up, installing, and tearing down equipment. The company is looking for laborers to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and tear down equipment and systems for assigned job operations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and other equipment.
• Maintain and complete all necessary paperwork per company procedure.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment on site and conduct preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles or equipment as directed.
• Clean, organize, and maintain jobsites, yard, and shop areas as required.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with construction, general labor, and utility construction.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with concrete work.
• Experience in utility locating.
• Ability to work long hours in extreme weather conditions.

Experience Level: IntermediateExpert Level

Location: Based out of Omaha, NE. Out-of-town work required approximately 5075% of the time.

Pay / Shift: $22/hr MondayFriday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
