Carpenter Foreman

This position involves hands-on work and leadership within the team. You will collaborate with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed to specifications. Additionally, you will monitor and assist during panel pouring to ensure everything is completed according to blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers.
  • Ensure all construction forms are built according to specifications.
  • Monitor and assist with panel pouring to ensure completion aligns with blueprints.
  • Work on new construction projects, including concrete, tilt-ups, and cast-in-place structures.

Essential Skills

  • 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
  • Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in new construction and general construction setups.
  • Strong carpentry skills.

Work Environment

Work on construction sites primarily focused on tilt-up projects. Projects are located from Airway Heights to Post Falls. The work site is a dynamic construction environment requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
