Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including progress reports, safety meetings, and compliance records.
• Train and supervise on-site staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of experience
• Ground up experience required
• Experience in healthcare, commercial or similar project type required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, as well as other software platforms
• OSHA certified required
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Labor background preferred
