Job Description
- Lead the preconstruction and estimating efforts across multiple commercial sectors.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, budgets, and takeoffs using industry software.
- Analyze subcontractor bids and develop scopes to ensure complete and competitive proposals.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients throughout the bidding process.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth estimating workflow.
- Support business development and contribute to strategy for securing repeat and new clients.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in Education (K-12 & Higher Ed)and Retail/Fast Casual (e.g., Chick-fil-A, Starbucks).
- Proficient in modern estimating software and tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
- Strong local subcontractor network is a plus.
