A highly regarded Houston-based law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Construction Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized attorneys on complex, high stakes matters in a collaborative and professional environment.

Job Details
Key * Represent general contractors, owners, and developers in commercial construction disputes. Handle litigation matters in both state and federal court, including motion practice, depositions, and trial prep. Assist with contract review and risk mitigation for ongoing construction projects. Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
**** 2–6 years of experience in construction litigation or complex commercial litigation. Exceptional writing and communication skills. Strong academic credentials. Texas Bar license (or willingness to obtain promptly).
