Are you a litigation attorney with a passion for construction, real estate, and land use law? LHH is working with the Boston office of a business boutique firm looking for a Construction Litigation Associate to join their team.

What Youll Do: Handle a variety of litigation cases, with a focus on construction, real estate, and land use disputes, some exposure to employment, business and fiduciary litigation. Represent owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of construction transactions and disputes. Advocate before zoning and planning boards and other municipal agencies in a wide range of land use and regulatory matters. Work directly with experienced attorneys and a supportive team. Engage in business development with a clear path to partnership. Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of experience including drafting and negotiating AIA and other commercial construction and/or architectural contract documents, handling mechanics liens and surety bond claims, and litigating or arbitrating related disputes. Hands-on experience with depositions, motion practice, discovery, and pleadings. Eager to grow professionally and develop your own client base. Perks: Competitive salary: $140,000- $190,000 base. Soft 1750-hour billable requirement. 100% firm-paid medical insurance. Business development incentives: 20% origination credit paid monthly.
