We are seeking a mid-level Construction Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to step into more lead responsibilities on complex cases.
You will represent clients in high-value construction disputes involving public works, infrastructure projects, design and construction defects, delays, and related litigation. Attorneys who succeed in this role often come from sophisticated practices and are eager for more autonomy and courtroom experience.
Must-Haves for Success in This Role:
4–8 years of experience focused on construction litigation
California bar admission
Extensive experience with complex litigation, including motion practice, depositions, and discovery
Strong writing and legal research capabilities
Excellent academic credentials (T-14 or top of class strongly preferred)
Writing sample submission required
Position Details:
Locations: Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego
Hybrid work flexibility available
Salary range: $200K–$260K , depending on experience
