Associate Attorney Responsibilities And Qualifications

Take and defend depositions Draft and argue dispositive motions Attend hearings, mediations, and trials Perform legal research and provide case law analysis Prepare pleadings and correspondence Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients Active member of the Florida Bar
