Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to deliver efficient legal solutions. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication. Requirements 3+ years of experience in construction litigation. Strong knowledge of Florida construction laws and regulations. Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Florida Bar.
