What They’re Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years of construction litigation experience, including defect claims, contract disputes, and general commercial litigation

Licensed: Active member of the Bar in good standing

Litigation Skills: Capable of managing discovery, drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and negotiating resolutions

Mindset: Proactive, organized, and able to manage cases independently while thriving in a team setting
