Description The Construction Logistics Specialist II will be working with the CALM Team (Coordination and Logistics Management team) providing logistical support to all construction projects under the control of Development Group for Capital Improvement projects. Duties: Way nding specialists with multiple years of airport experience skilled in creating, implementing, and overseeing temporary way nding strategies that support pedestrian ow and user experience. Pro cient in assessing signage quality, visual appeal, and adherence to standards, with the ability to recommend sign types speci c to each project. Experience managing multiple collaborative way nding projects with multidisciplinary teams, including sta with technical and non-technical backgrounds. Must coordinate across various disciplines, meeting multiple deadlines under pressure in a dynamic environment. Pro cient in reading, interpreting, and analyzing project schedules, Gantt charts, and design plans. Capable of evaluating signage needs based on construction activities, environmental factors, and user expectations to maintain e ective way nding. In-depth understanding of signage materials, fabrication methods, color theory, typography, and font speci cations. Knowledge of signage, temporary way nding, and mapping industry best practices. Ability to review projects' submittals Phasing Plan and Site Logistics Plans as submitted through the ASR and LIR processes with a keen eye for way nding impacts. Strong visualization skills. Experience in developing concepts, location plans, and proposed way nding paths of travel with high visual impact. Pro cient in planning, production, and installation of temporary way nding that translates complex information into easy-to-understand visuals. Hands-on experience with installation procedures, including regular site walks to evaluate signage e ectiveness and updates to plans as needed. Skilled in tracking phasing for production, and installation schedules across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and a holistic approach across projects. High attention to detail in verifying the quality and consistency of signage and way nding elements, ensuring visual appeal and usability across all materials. Qualifications Required Qualification:- Years of Experience/Education/Certificates/Training: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or another related technical field required. Minimum Years and Experience: 10 years or more experience, preferably on airport building programs or similar complex building programs. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred. Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP etc. or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certifications. Hardware/Software Knowledge: Pro cient in Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam for creating, editing, and reviewing visual materials and layouts. Pro cient in Microsoft O ce tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint) for project communication, scheduling, and documentation. Wage Requirement Starting Salary range for this job is $111,777.00 - $128,544.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
