Oversee all civil construction activities related to the project, including site supervision, quality assurance, safety, and compliance. Manage service providers (SP/ASP) to ensure adherence to timelines, Ericsson standards, and customer expectations. Coordinate site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and visual inspections. Interface with internal stakeholders (IM Lead, CPM, Admin) and external parties (Service Providers, Vendors). Ensure accurate material delivery, reject incorrect deliveries, and manage material orders and returns. Maintain construction documentation in Site Handler, including pre-construction and closeout packages. Perform site verification, write claims, and monitor daily progress via PFA. Identify and resolve on-site issues and construction challenges. Enforce all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Support improvement initiatives and contribute to procedural enhancements. Required Experience & Skills: 35 years of experience in wireless telecom construction or similar field. Strong working knowledge of RFDS, SOW, Site Handler, and construction documentation workflows. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work independently. Familiarity with Ericsson standards and procedures highly preferred. Proven leadership in coordinating multiple trades and service providers on site. Strong communication and organizational skills. Understanding of workers safety, environmental safety, and civil design interpretation. Travel & Work Environment: This role requires 60% travel to project sites. Remote work available when not on-site. Field environments may include rooftops, DAS/in-building sites, and various urban or remote locations.
