About the Role: Position: Construction Manager Location: Cheyenne, WY Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Construction Manager with a background in mechanical engineering to support our data center construction projects . This role is crucial in ensuring project success by managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with construction systems and processes , and the ability to work independently while keeping the project on track.

Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, general contractors, and vendors, particularly in Mechanical scopes. Direct and manage installations and functionality on site Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and resolve on-site construction challenges. Coordinate with project teams, including design, engineering, and commissioning teams. Provide regular progress reports and escalate critical issues when necessary. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Support procurement, logistics, and material management. Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication across all levels of the project. Ensure construction aligns with contract requirements and owner's expectations.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), or a related field (preferred) OR extensive experience in electrical trades. 7+ years of experience in construction management , preferably in data center or mission-critical environments . Experience managing mechanical scopes in large-scale construction projects.
