Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Manager who can inspire and motivate a team, monitor project progress, proactively address delays, and resolve issues effectively on the worksite. This role is pivotal in overcoming challenges and ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays.
• Identify and resolve issues on the worksite to overcome challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards.
• Manage and inspect construction activities, including foundation construction.
• Utilize and manage performance on systems installations such as Nextracker, ATI (Array Technologies), Gamechange, and PVH.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and progress.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, especially in utility scale solar/photovoltaic projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management software such as Primavera or ProCore.
• Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).

Work Environment

The candidate will work both in an office setting and outdoors, exposed to the elements when traveling to various project sites. The role involves managing construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sacramento, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
