Our client designs, manufactures, and installs innovative renewable energy solutions, specializing in transforming outdoor parking lots and garages into power plants.

They are now looking to bring on a Construction Manager in Minnesota for a project in Eden Prairie and surrounding areas. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary between $90k - $120k. Full benefits include medical, vision, dental, unlimited vacation days, 401k, company truck/allowance, and gas card.

Duties include:
-Assure compliance with contracts and contract documents.
-Assure projects are built per schedule, per specifications and on budget.
-Assure all personnel on site are following safety procedures, identify problems, provide solutions and conflict resolution.
-Ownership for production, organization, and coordination of all trades on site.
-Update all documents related to project.

Qualifications:
-7-10 years experience of heavy commercial construction experience.
-Experience with excavation, site work, foundation construction and steel installation required.
-Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
-Software proficiency: MS Office and MS Project
