Construction Manager

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and site experience, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a direct hire role.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software for project tracking and reporting. Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts. Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all project milestones. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications. Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years' experience in construction management with a focus on project coordination. Familiarity with commercial retail projects is preferred. Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields are advantageous.
