Title: Construction Manager KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Construction Manager to assist Project Leaders and Project Managers in carrying out all project activities. The incumbent assumes responsibility for coordinating certain portions of the administration of the project such as cost control, document control, contract changes, shop drawings, etc. You may be responsible for certain subcontractors or parts of a large project and can perform some basic project management functions. This position is located as a client site in Marlborough, MA. No relocation or per diem will be offered. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsibilities include technical input for schedule creation, subcontracting strategy, subcontractor scopes of work, quality of construction, schedule adherence, budget containment, safety, selection of methods, systems, and techniques of construction, and labor cost control through daily attention to unit costs and adjustments in crew size or composition, etc.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills: 5+ years’ experience within industrial construction industry

Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills

Must be able to maintain positive relationship through daily communication with the client
