Position Summary We are seeking a talented, motivated, and quality-focused Construction Manager with strong telecommunications experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of fiber-related operations, excels in problem-solving, and can lead field crews effectively. This role is essential in supporting daily production, managing underground teams, and ensuring quality standards are met across all Indianapolis-area projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry standards. Apply previous experience and understanding of fiber splicing . Efficiently research, troubleshoot, and resolve job‑related issues. Implement quality control methods to ensure high‑level performance. Provide recommendations to improve workflow and production quality. Assist and supervise Underground crews in the field. Report daily production updates to company management. Participate in daily and weekly customer calls and status meetings. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; additional software tools a plus. Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime. Skilled in operating essential office equipment (computers, scanners, VOIPs, printers). Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high productivity. Ability to understand and follow advanced written and verbal instructions. Strong judgment, initiative, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Experience reading design maps and technical prints. Prior industry experience preferred, or the ability to learn quickly.
