Job Overview: Johnny Pitts Construction Inc, a leader in creating fun, unique, and exciting community spaces, is looking for two experienced Construction Managers to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about construction, leadership, and craftsmanship. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and participate in hands-on construction activities, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise construction crews on-site- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and material management- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications- Maintain job site safety, enforcing compliance with all safety protocols- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met- Operate construction equipment such as skid steers, Dingos, manlifts, forklifts, and excavators- Perform hands-on construction tasks as needed, including carpentry, roofing, concrete work, framing, and site layout- Ensure high standards of quality, precision, and professionalism are maintained
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in general or commercial construction- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience- High school diploma or GED- Strong understanding of construction safety practices- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including work at heights over 6'- Proficient with hand and power tools- FL Driver License required (Clean Driving Record Required)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Occasional weekends and overtime as needed
