Construction Manager

A leading construction technologies company is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing and coordinating multiple construction projects from start to finish, developing project schedules with two-week look-aheads using Excel, understanding and overseeing security systems and low voltage systems, and presenting a professional appearance and maintaining client-facing interactions. Handle requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in low voltage systems
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Background in construction, electrical, and MEP systems
• Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred construction management background
• Experience with commercial projects in both public and private sectors
• Knowledge of security and electrical systems

Work Environment: This role requires working on-site or in the office five days a week. The environment is dynamic and client-facing, demanding professionalism and technical expertise.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
