We are looking to add a Construction Manager to our Wisconsin team. You'll work with Jacobs Construction Managers, Project Managers, Inspectors, and Engineers in addition to the Project Client and Contractors to deliver these projects. We want you to be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living. You will work with the prime consultant and the Owner to lead construction management on a variety of water and wastewater facility projects in the St Louis area. Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in related field
  • At least 5 years' experience of technical inspection work in a construction environment, specifically construction specifications, drawings, and documentation
  • Experience in municipal construction or related field
  • Experience with multiple trade inspection, construction and estimating
  • The physical ability to move around an active construction site
  • Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver results
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationship building, resolve conflicts, and participate in diverse teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn on the job
  • Ideally you'll also have:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license in the State of Missouri
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in water and/or wastewater facility construction

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $163,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
