Position Summary:
The Master Scheduler will provide full-scope scheduling support for the CBP Border Patrol and Air & Marine Program Management Office (PMO), managing complex construction and facilities infrastructure projects. This position is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and ensuring alignment with federal program standards. The Master Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, federal stakeholders, and servicing agencies to ensure mission-critical timelines are achieved and risk management best practices are applied.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6.
- Collaborate with CBP, USACE, GSA, and FAA to ensure accurate and coordinated project schedules.
- Analyze project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare schedule status reports and conduct regular stakeholder schedule reviews.
- Provide support for Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
- Participate in project planning, baseline schedule development, and risk assessments.
- Support compliance with federal audit and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in scheduling documentation and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience developing and managing schedules for large-scale federal construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Demonstrated experience supporting major construction programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at dispersed locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting communication and coordination with CBP, USACE, GSA, or FAA.
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), AACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Earned Value Professional (EVP) or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
- Strong background in risk management and schedule risk analysis.

Work Setting/Environment/Travel Requirements: (all expected answers Yes)
- Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Some travel may be required and must be pre-approved by the Government.
