What You'll Do ECS Limited offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Manager to join our Gainesville field services team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of various projects, consulting with clients and project teams to meet deadlines from proposal to final invoice. Responsibilities Manage construction materials testing projects, including report review, team collaboration, issue resolution, and staff training. Oversee project budgets, invoices, pay applications, and collections. Prepare proposals and change orders, prioritize tasks, and attend client meetings. Mentor junior managers and support team development. Market services and maintain client relationships. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Geology. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Professional licensure (PE or PG). Valid driver's license and insurance if driving for ECS. Strong marketing, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of heavy construction safety, CMT principles, and ASTM standards.
