Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Materials Lab Technician in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests on concrete and aggregate materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Responsibilities
Perform tests on concrete and construction materials to determine their physical and engineering properties. Prepare concrete samples for testing according to relevant standards and specifications. Accurately record test results and maintain detailed documentation. Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working condition. Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. Compile test data into comprehensive reports and communicate findings to project managers and engineers. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Essential Skills
Experience in concrete lab testing. Ability to accurately record and document test results. Strong adherence to safety protocols and guidelines. Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of laboratory experience in a construction materials testing environment (soil and concrete) is preferred, not required. Preferred Certifications: ACI Strength Testing Technician Level 1, ACI Aggregate Testing Technician Level 1, ACI Aggregate Base Testing Technician. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
