Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects
  • Enforce job site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
  • Maintain daily logs, site reports, and schedules
  • Lead weekly site meetings and ensure clear communication across all trades
  • Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, permit requirements, and company standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction (ground-up and/or major renovations)
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively
  • Proficiency in field management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
