We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent with 5-8 years of multifamily construction experience. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed safely and timely. Description Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects
Enforce job site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
Maintain daily logs, site reports, and schedules
Lead weekly site meetings and ensure clear communication across all trades
Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts
Ensure compliance with all building codes, permit requirements, and company standards
Profile 5-8 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction (ground-up and/or major renovations)
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and safety regulations
Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively
Proficiency in field management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
