- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties in construction projects. Use various tools and methods to verify and compile accurate data.
- Verification and Compliance: Ensure all construction notices and mechanic's liens comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Document Management: Organize, prepare, and manage legal documentation related to lien filings and maintain a comprehensive database.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about changes in construction laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience doing extensive internet research.
- Experience with construction process, permit, construction notices, and mechanics liens in multiple US States.
- Strong understanding of construction law and regulations.
- Strong basic computer (MS Office & Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.) and phone skills.
- Proficiency with standard business applications and additional operational applications.
- Experience and demonstrated comfort working in a customer-facing role.
