Construction Operations/Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Operations/Project Coordinator to support day-to-day field and office operations, ensuring excellent communication and efficient project flow.
Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence with a maximum 1-hour response time to customer inquiries during business hours.
Submit daily reports and completion emails to customers.
Distribute schedule updates and changes to field crews as needed.
Review all work orders and job scopes for accuracy before scheduling.
Create new work orders and input job details.
Gather comprehensive information from customers or estimators prior to scheduling.
Coordinate with field teams on job scope, timing, and materials.
Perform administrative tasks relevant to each job.
Support job cost tracking, material ordering, and documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent grammar, spelling, and professional writing abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers.
Professional phone etiquette and a helpful demeanor.
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing tasks from start to finish.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
