This is a career-defining opportunity to bring your leadership, construction management, and operational expertise to one of the most comprehensive contractors in the region . Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations, including staffing, training, and field crew performance Provide intentional, proactive leadership that promotes a strong safety culture on job sites Lead end-to-end project execution including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and reporting Hire, train, and manage crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability Prepare and present progress and cost reports to both clients and internal leadership Ensure predictability, accountability, and quality control across all construction phases Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Team Leaders Qualifications and Skills: Experience managing teams and overseeing branch or field operations.
