A growing and dynamic restoration company is looking for an Operations Manager who leads, motivates, and supports a Production/Restoration division to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives. This person will desire to lead with the mindset of team work, valuing people, and focus on quality. Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations. Minimum 3 years management experience. strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction highly preferred. Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with the General Manager and Owner. Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
