What You'll Do Manage a team delivering large, self-performed construction projects
Ensure on-time or ahead-of-time delivery of construction projects, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
Promote a safe and quality-driven culture, both project and company-wide
Coach and mentor colleagues and subordinates on excellence in the construction industry
Use effective communication methods to escalate roadblocks or communicate successes as necessary
Provide the best product for your project's customer or end users, keeping projects moving forward and addressing concerns promptly
Foster an innovative environment within your team and the EPC group to help Tesla succeed in accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy
What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
15+ years of expertise in mechanical, electrical, or civil/structural/architectural disciplines, preferably as a sub-contractor
Deep knowledge of scheduling, project planning, and financials
Ability to train and mentor colleagues on project management and field execution best practices
Willingness to get hands dirty to complete objectives and lead challenging projects
Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight deadlines and goals
An inquisitive and open attitude towards exploring new ideas and continuous learning
Availability to work on-site 5 days a week across East Bay, South Bay, and Lathrop, with willingness to travel as needed for infrastructure development across the Bay Area and beyond

Expected Compensation: $136,000 - $270,000 per year plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. Details will be provided if an offer is extended.
