The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the reconstruction or construction industry , with a strong track record in operations, leadership, and business development. Youll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, meeting financial targets, and leading a team to deliver exceptional project outcomes. This position is best suited for someone who can lead from the front, drive growth, and foster strong internal and external relationships.
