Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction PM - Mixed Commercial should have:

• A background in construction project management with a focus on commercial projects - both ground up and interiors focused build.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
