Job Description

Minimum 3 years of experience in this sector. Able to work on-site M-F to manage design and construction projects. Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent. Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors. Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction. Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

The Successful Applicant

Ground up experience required. Technical degree level education in construction or related field. 3+ years of experience working in the construction industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Stable work record. Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required.

What's on Offer

Competitive base compensation package between $120k - $180k depending on experience. Per diem varies by project location (GSA rates fluctuate, typically $2,500-$4,500/month).
