The Construction Product Coordinator plays a vital role in managing GTW’s construction-focused product lines. This position oversees product lifecycles, identifies market trends, and ensures a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. The coordinator will manage project timelines, process incoming orders, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in both structured and dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day product and project coordination activities across GTW's construction division Receive, process, and track customer orders from entry to fulfillment Identify and monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to support product development and positioning Provide consistent and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions Attend 3–4 trade shows annually to represent GTW’s products and engage with potential and existing customers Travel quarterly to visit key customers, gather feedback, and maintain relationships Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and project timelines Maintain accurate records of product data, pricing, and customer interactions Contribute to process improvements and documentation of internal SOPs
Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders Demonstrated experience in product and/or project management Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications Solid understanding of customer service principles and client relationship management Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to work independently during slower periods of the year Ability to thrive both independently and within cross-functional teams Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industries is a plus but not required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Communication, or a related field required
