Quality Assurance/Quality Control Position

Tasks:

Review and evaluate cost estimates, design estimates, Construction Manager at Risk Guaranteed Max Price itemized summaries, change order cost requests, and contingency/allowance expenditure requests of various proposals and submittals.

Participate in value engineering workshops, cost adjustment sessions with architects/contractors and subcontractor scope/pricing analysis and selection process.

Ensure cost proposals are in compliance with the CMaR contract agreement and general conditions.

Review Buyout Reconciliation logs of CMaR projects according to contract agreement.

Prepare cost analysis as requested on various projects along with providing reports on updates and status of issues.
