Construction Project Administrator

-Project Administration: Administrators continue to coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
-Download submittals and RFIs to the project team"s folder once issued on Procore from the GC.
-Distribute submittal/RFI document locations to respective CA Design Team members for review
-Follow-up with CA Design Team members for final review; upload submittals/RFIs to Procore
-Monitor Procore for submittal and RFI statuses
-All correspondence related to RFIs shall include 5Ws for tracking purposes especially if change orders are considered.
-Change Management: Administrators track and document changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and facilitate the necessary approvals and adjustments.
-Quality Control: They help implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
-Issue Resolution: Administrators assist in resolving construction-related issues, such as delays, conflicts, or disputes, by coordinating with project stakeholders and implementing appropriate solutions.
-Ping CA Design Team members as required to follow-up with statuses of submittals/RFI
-Attend weekly OAC meetings to advise GC team of submittal/RFI statuses and to update CA Design Team of critical items needed

-$55,000-$80,000 Depending on Experience

Job Requirements

Bachelor"s Degree or related experience

3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office

Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Progress toward licensure preferred
