Support project site team, including superintendents, and property management, and subcontractors creating an environment where collaboration, teamwork and communication thrive. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. Conduct routine safety inspections ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Demonstrate the culture of hard work and accountability, ensuring tasks ae completed on time and with excellence Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, logs for deliveries, weather as well as Submittal logs, RFI's and Quality Control Checklists Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations. Demonstrate unwavering integrity, making decisions that prioritize long-term results over shortcuts. Create and distribute punch lists to contractors and ensure completion. Perform necessary tasks including installation of misc fixtures, handling materials and jobsite cleanup Attend Project Meetings and contribute to short-term planning and scheduling You'll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things: Proven experience as construction project superintendent. Multi-family experience preferred. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with OSHA standards. Completion of a 10 hour OSHA course as a minimum. Good knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore. Familiarity with construction/project management software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
