Were seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Assistant Project & Office Manager to help coordinate projects and support the daily operations of our showroom, crews, and customer journey.

What You'll Do In this blended office and field-facing role, youll support our Project Manager, General Manager, sales team, and subcontractors to keep our remodeling jobs on time, on budget, and on point. Youll manage calendars, vendors, schedules, client updates, and project systems all while ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Track project timelines and assist with material ordering, deliveries, and vendor communication Schedule appointments and installations, coordinating with clients and crews Maintain accurate updates in CRM Conduct daily job progress check-ins and report on quality control Respond to client inquiries and assist with post-project reviews and photo requests Manage showroom operations Prepare weekly sales meeting materials and submit reports Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements Youre a Great Fit If You Are highly organized and detail-driven Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person Can juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball Have basic tech proficiency (Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets) Are proactive, dependable, and take initiative Youve worked in home services, remodeling, or design What We Offer Pay Range $22$25/hr depending on experience Health Benefits Health plan after 30 days, pension with employer match after 90 Paid Time Off Vacation, sick days, and company holidays Supportive Culture Open-door leadership, team lunches, non-toxic environment Career Development Paid training, growth path, and meaningful work Location Based in Bloomfield, NJ and serving Essex County + surrounding areas
