We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator & Safety Rep to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of a construction project’s cycle – pre-construction, construction & close out
Assist in documentation control of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and close outs
Maintain safety inventory of PPE items
Conduct safety trainings
Develop and maintain processes and procedures related to safety
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or other related fields
Familiarity with construction related software
Must be efficient in Microsoft programs – Excel, Word, etc.
Strong leadership qualities
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
OSHA 30
Ability to read blueprints
