One of the top Retail Real Estate Developers in the Northeast is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their construction team. They are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support their fast-growing commercial construction and development team. This individual will support the Construction Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate meetings, project updates, and client interactions to keep the construction and development team informed and organized.
· Manage project folders on the server, ensuring digital files are well-organized and follow established naming conventions.
· Assist with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and financial organization.
· Communicate with the team, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule appointments and relay important information.
· Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations as needed.
· Document and monitor project activities via project tracker, ensuring all progress milestones are accurately tracked.
· Handle administrative tasks such as completing project forms, coordinating safety submittals, and preparing close-out documentation.
· Coordinate communication of internal teams to tasks, including bid invitations, COI requests, and client quote follow-ups.
