Manage client communications, job status updates, and project deliverables. Hold field teams and subcontractors accountable through structured meetings and regular reports. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions. Contribute to the development of internal systems as we continue to expand. You Will Excel If You: Bring 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in roofing. Thrive in structured environments that are continuously evolving.
