As a Project Coordinator you are responsible for meeting daily at construction sites with client and contractors to ensure all details are carried out according to drawings. Your role includes tasks such as reading drawings, solving problems, communicating to all parties, reviewing and responding to RFI's, attending meetings, tracking progress of jobs, producing weekly report updates, and letters of completion and close out documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred OR some college with construction admin or management experience
- 3-5 years of Commercial Construction Site experience
- Experience with Construction inspections and construction processes
- Experience with Engineering systems
- Proficiency in MS office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency reading engineering and construction drawings, schematics, blueprints and identifying action steps
