This client-facing position requires strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in providing coordination, management, and documentation of project-related information, client selections, requests, approvals, and creative problem-solving as needed in support of on-schedule project execution and an ongoing high level of client satisfaction.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the client's finish selections & other decisions to support the ongoing construction schedule

Coordination of client requests, approvals, purchase orders, and other project-related documentation

Communication of project details to field staff, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of work in the field

Participation in team-oriented creative problem-solving in the construction of truly one-of-a-kind custom homes

Ensuring ongoing positive client experiences and satisfaction

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills

Well-organized and deadline-driven

High-energy and enthusiastic

Flexibility and ability to work well in a team-oriented, positive, but fast-paced and highly dynamic environment

Residential construction experience is required, with luxury custom residential project coordination
