Civil Construction Project Coordinator

Coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation for active construction projects. Assist in preparing bid packages, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging delays or discrepancies. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards. Support field operations with logistics, procurement, and reporting. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely updates.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation for active construction projects.

Work Environment

The role requires working five days a week on-site in the office. The position offers flexibility to work in either Sussex County or Bergen County, NJ. The opportunity provides room for growth and development within reputable civil construction firms, and upon conversion, a very good benefits package.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
