Our client is a leading construction firm with a commitment to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager who is not only proficient in managing construction projects but also skilled in administrative tasks and eager to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities :
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists to discuss and plan projects. Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and ensuring all regulatory compliance paperwork is completed. Meetings: Schedule, lead, and document meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Communication: Draft and respond to emails, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders. Learning & Development: Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Eagerness to learn and grow within the role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with both residential and commercial construction projects. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
