Position Responsibilities:

• Tracks all project costs and expenses.
• Input project cost data into software.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for each project on a monthly basis. Processes payment of invoices and prepare check requisitions for all projects.
• Creates and update project schedules for minor projects.
• Submits permit drawings to the building department and expedite the permit.
• Coordinates and/or assists with minor projects.
• Schedules project meetings as requested by the Director or any of the managers.
• Maintains all project files and makes copies as needed.
• Delivers documents to the appropriate individuals as needed.
• Conducts and documents site inspections.
• Tracks all requests for construction services and update the database on a monthly basis.
• Prepares estimates for minor projects and coordinate work.
• Assists project managers with ordering materials and coordinating delivery/installation.
• Tracks all requests for moving services and coordinate the moves.
• Prepares reports to confirm hourly charges from contractors.
• Responds to any customer service complaint and direct them to the appropriate manager.
• Submits plans to the building department for approval and expedite their approval.
• Follow-up with vendor on status of material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. AA degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to type with accuracy; ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner.
• Construction experience required
