Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Effective communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools.
Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction or quality control.
Experience with Bluebeam software.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and specifications.
Evaluate the quality and suitability of construction materials.
Verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, including photographs, reports, and test results.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection findings.
Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Identify potential issues and collaborate with project teams to develop effective solutions.
Conduct or oversee field and laboratory tests on materials.
