Immediate opening available for a Concrete Estimator. Estimating commercial, government and residential concrete construction. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of the bid process, doing takeoffs, estimating, organizing and using Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis, preparing bids / proposals for submittal, creating budgets, etc. Must be able to understand construction documents including contracts, specifications, construction plans, RFIs, etc. with the ability to prepare accurate and thorough bids / proposals.

Must be proficient in the following:

· Able to read and analyze construction plans and specifications

· At least have intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Maintain all Project Documentation

· Strong communication and follow-up skills

· Good problem solving, math and analytical skills

· Must be able to successfully execute multiple projects and priorities

Preferred experience:

· Adobe Acrobat Professional/Bluebeam

· ViewPoint Estimating (previously called ProContractor estimating software)

· Auto CAD or Similar

This is a full-time salaried position in the Kapolei area Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Benefits include but are not limited to paid vacation and sick leave as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and medical benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
